For Immediate Release

Roy Morales Receives National Endorsement
“BIPAC Supports Candidacy”

Houston, Texas - Roy Morales, Candidate, United States House of Representatives, Texas District 29 is pleased to announce the endorsement of the Business and Industry PAC (BIPAC) for his race to unseat incumbent Gene Green.

In a glowing letter to Mr. Morales, BIPAC President and CEO, Gregory S. Casey stated the following…”You are a military veteran who knows the importance of a vibrant space program. At a time where others are reluctant to talk about energy exploration, you have been unequivocal: we should drill for oil and gas where it makes sense to drill, not where Congress tells us to drill. It is clear your commitment to job growth and economic prosperity is not based on happy talk or whimsical promises, but on sober conversations with voters who just want someone to level with them. You will be an invaluable asset in the 112th Congress.”

Recent polling in the district reflects a desire for change with a whopping 45% of voters undecided and only 34% of voters in favor of re-electing longtime incumbent and “Washington Insider” Gene Green. This comes at a time when residents in the district are fearful of losing their jobs in energy related industries that are the economic backbone of the area. The looming Cap and Trade Bill (also known as the National Energy Tax) that incumbent Gene Green has voted for twice threatens to devastate the livelihoods of families throughout the district.

Great News for our campaign. I have been endorsed by the Buisness-Industry Political Actional Committee (BIPAC). BIPAC stated, “At a time where others are reluctant to talk about energy exploration, you have been unequivocal: we should drill for oil and gas where it makes sense to drill, not where Congress tells us to drill.” I was also endorsed by the Kingwood Area Republican Women Political Action Committeee. Thank you to both PACs.
